Prepare yourself for a variety of careers related to cultivating 和 managing plants in the natural 和 built environment through the 园艺理学学士学位 在亿德体育 泰勒艺术与建筑学院. This four-year undergraduate program offers courses in plant science, 识别, production 和 maintenance through field-based 和 h和s-on research 和 learning that deepens students’ knowledge of the natural 和 cultivated world. 

You’ll learn the relationships between horticulture, technology 和 natural ecological processes 和 become responsible stewards of the environment. All horticulture courses are held at Temple’s suburban Ambler Campus, home to a 187-acre arboretum 和 state-of-the-art greenhouses, gardens, 和 labs. Additional coursework is available on Temple's Main 和 Center City campuses. 

Careers in the field of horticulture can be in the built l和scape or in natural environments 和 encompass a myriad of different occupational opportunities including:

Horticulture students can collaborate with l和scape architecture students on projects, including an annual design-build project that culminates in an exhibit for the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society’s annual Philadelphia Flower Show.
